Endurance to Thrive…

Are you able to do all the things you love to do?  Is it possible to do them better? Pilates restores health to the body and provides a “shelf life” for the activities you enjoy the most.  The method is designed to work the whole body simultaneously and build strength uniformly.

At home, at work and at play, the body responds faster, moves easier, and goes longer.  As an athlete, weekend warrior, busy parent, gardener, active retiree, sportsman or high school competitor, Pilates will help you improve your performance. Young or young at heart, fit or just getting started, Pilates is for everyone.

Confidence to Restore…

Pilates is a natural compliment or follow-up to Physical Therapy.  The Pilates method restores health to the body by decompressing joints and stimulating circulation to damaged tissues. Disc and other spine related pain are often alleviated by strengthening, lengthening and aligning the spinal musculature to relieve nerve and disc pressure.  Clients with knee, shoulder and hip injuries as well as people injured in a car accident, or who suffer from scoliosis, TMJ, MS, arthritis and cancer benefit from consistent Pilates.  Those clients who are preparing for or recovering from pregnancy or surgeries find their recovery times are shorter.  Pilates does not break the body down. Following a Pilates session, the body should feel renewed, refreshed and energized.
